1. This is three roller non symmetric rolling equipment. It is mainly used in the process of cold working in
which the sheets within the thickness of 20 mm can be bent into different diameter cylindrical tubes.
2. This equipment is three rolls machine, upper roller can adjust. It is used to bend different diameter of
steel into circle sharp. And it is widely used in chemical industry, ships industry and so on.
3. This is symmetric bending machine. The cylinder rolling is completed by the upper roller which pressing to the lower one and the mutual rolling.
4. The machine consists of two parts, the operation part and the transmission part which are welded at the whole bottom pallet. The operation part consists of left and right bearing housing, one upper rollers, two
lower rollers, lifting gears and some accessories. The lower roller is the main one, upper roller can be
adjusted at the height. The transmission part consists with the main motor, speed reducing motor and
other accessories.

Lubrication of Machinery
3. The upper roller orientation seat (one place, glycerol), each one shift to refill oil
4. Worm bearing (four places, glycerol), generally refill oil every 1,500 hours.
5. JZQ reductor should replace the oil after first three months and thereafter replace oil every half year.
6. Worm wheel (2 places, glycerol) users refill oil generally every 1,500 hours.
7. Transmission gear wheel (glycerol) users refill oil generally every 100 hours.
8. ZSYuctor should replace the oil after first three months and thereafter replace oil every half year.
9. Lifting ball bearing screw (two places, glycerol) users refill oil generally every 800 hours.
