Description

2. The lower roller is the main driving roller, and the upper roller can move vertically which is driven by hydraulic cylinders and horizontally. 
3. It's displacement is controlled by computer, auto-leveling, screen display, and the synchronization inaccuracy is ± 0.2mm; horizontal movement adopts mechanical transmission. 
4. The dumping and resetting of the flipping bearing is driven by hydraulic pressure, the ends of upper roller are equipped with balance systems, which can be used to unload the finished work piece. 
5. This machine has an independent operating table to make operation convenient for workers and a safe connecting device, to ensure safety. 

Specification

Main drive device 

1. Main drive device is made up of electric motors,ZSY of decelerate of hard tooth flank,V-belt driving device, cylindrical gear transmission, and electro-hydraulic brakes. And the two lower rollers are driven by main reducer output gear drives to roll.
Upper rolls device
1. The upper roller device is consisted of upper roller oil cylinder,upper working roller,upper working roller bearing base and double row spherical roller bearing.Structure diagram is as picture here.
2. When upper roller cylinder drives lifts upper working rollers,two upper working rollers moves up and down along the guide rail of the machine frame,upper working roller amount is tested by grating ruler which is installed on the upper roller bearing base and machine frame,and make displacement amount be transferred into electricity signal by PLC and be showed by digital display device.PLC controls synchronization of upper working roller two ends,synchronization precision is ±0.2mm.

Digital device

1. This machine adopts PLC programmable control system, grating ruler, digital display for upper roller vertical elevation, horizontal movement’s distance, it has simple and reliable manipulation .
2. Grating ruler is responsible for synchronical movement of two heads of upper roller, it gets feedback to PLC, while PLC automatically start and close motor direction valve to adjust elevation of two heads to get precise synchronical movement .
